- Invoices, invoice lines, payments, contacts, animals, and reference data. Appointment and reminder scopes depend on enabled features.
- Setup requirements
- Approved client credentials, partner ID, and production Site UID. Confirm API access and historical coverage.
- Refresh behavior
- Financial and appointment refresh schedules target every 2 hours. Reminder data targets 6 hours, reference data daily, and full reconciliation weekly. Completion time and provider limits affect availability.

- Profit and loss, balance sheet, receivable aging, and supported accounting records.
- Setup requirements
- An authorized QuickBooks Online account grants OAuth access. QuickBooks Desktop is not listed as a connector.

- Scheduled every 6 hours. Check successful completion, accounting basis, and report dates.

- Supported financial reports and accounting records from the selected organization.
- Setup requirements
- An authorized user grants OAuth access and selects an organization. Confirm required reports during setup.
- Refresh behavior
- Scheduled every 6 hours. Account access and completed sync determine current coverage.
Approval-gated · native API unavailable in current interface
Gusto
- Data retrieved
- Supported employee and payroll data. CSV and spreadsheet workflows are separate from the OAuth connector.
- Setup requirements
- Native Gusto connection is gated in the current product interface. Do not rely on OAuth availability. Discuss the separate Data Updates or spreadsheet path and its setup requirements.
- Refresh behavior
- Scheduled every 6 hours. Payroll run timing and approved scope affect what appears.
Approval-gated · production provisioning required
ADP
- Data retrieved
- Supported workforce and payroll records; confirm required fields for your ADP account.
- Setup requirements
- Production access requires appropriate ADP approval, credentials, and partner certificate setup. Confirm eligibility before committing.
- Refresh behavior
- Scheduled every 4 hours. This is a target schedule, not a freshness guarantee.
Other connections need a setup review.
Deputy, Process Street, Google Sheets, and Gusto via Sheets exist as limited connection paths. They are not advertised as generally available for every practice. Ask about tenant coverage, configuration, and the specific workflow you need.
